The terms of our text messaging program — how you opt in, what we send, and how to stop at any time.

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Surfacing West Distribution LLC (“Surfacing West,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Program delivers text messages related to your business with Surfacing West, including: quote and order confirmations and updates; delivery, freight, and will-call notifications; sample kit and training scheduling; customer care and account messages; and occasional marketing or promotional messages about Eco-Grip® and Eco-Clad™ products, pricing, promotions, and events. Message content will vary.
You consent to receive text messages from Surfacing West when you provide your mobile number and affirmatively agree to receive texts — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms, by texting an opt-in keyword to our number, or by providing written or verbal consent to a Surfacing West representative. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your orders, inquiries, and preferences. You may receive recurring messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your mobile plan. Surfacing West does not charge for the Program itself.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again through one of our forms or opt-in methods. You may also request removal by calling 888-900-3170 or emailing [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
Your mobile number and opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party.
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
