Surfacing West Distribution LLC (“Surfacing West,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect through surfacingwest.com and in the course of doing business with you, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you submit a form on our website — such as a quote request, order build, sample kit request, training inquiry, or career application — we collect the information you provide: your name, company, email address, phone number, project location, and the details of your request. We also receive standard technical information from your visit, such as browser type and pages viewed, through our hosting provider.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes and process orders, coordinate freight and delivery, schedule samples and training, provide customer service, and — where you have opted in — send you marketing communications about our products and services. Our website and services are intended for business (trade) customers and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
